Heidi is an AI expert and entrepreneur who has harnessed emerging technology for companies like Corning, PARC, and Xerox. She drove the early adoption of AI-enabled category management to improve the execution of two billion dollars in annual capital spend and spearheaded a portfolio of Generative AI applications for her employer to enhance market analysis, sales forecasting, and manufacturing effectiveness.
As CEO of DTLiveLAB, Gretchen developed a live design thinking sprint teaching method. The difference is learning what tech can do for you, not just what tech can do. Using the methods Gretchen taught them, one of her clients created one billion dollars of new revenue for their employer.
